Jan. 20, 2009~ FLOWERED THANKS CC202

This sweet little flower card was made for today's Color Challenge found here . You are welcome to play along! :)

I decided to go shabby chic with this one! I added a lot of machine stitching, PP and CBing to add a lot of texture and detail.

The flower is stamped twice. Once on white CS and again on the PP . I then cut out flower stamped on the PP and adhered to flower stamped on the white CS.

The large scallops are nestabilities (which I lOVE). I ran them through the CB to add texture.

I found these adorable brads at the grocery store. I HAD to take them home with me!! I stamped and sponged the images and sentiment with Bravo Burgandy ink.

  • Stamps: Autumn Leaves

Lori, this is just wonderful. I like the way you did your DP, and your flower with the tag is just so creative! A really beautiful card! I definitely will be back to see your other creations!
