Happy Mother's Day!!
a wonderful mother to share it with. a wonderful husband that makes my job as a mom easier (he made lunch today) . four wonderful kids that call ME mom.a strong faith in Christ that keeps me steady. I couldn't ask for many more blessings than I've already been given. We have been given much more than we will ever need.
My sweet and darling daughtersMy heart is full of gratitude when I look into each one of my children's face and see love and trust in their eyes. I'm aware of the fact that they have been entrusted in my care from above. I find great joy and fulfillment in teaching and guiding them as they grow. Many nights after the lights are out. I will sit in their rooms and we will talk about their day. My daughter's call these "life lessons." I try to help them cipher through their thoughts and feelings of the days events. And how they could handle the days adventures in a Christ like manner. I try to do it in a way their childish minds can comprehend. These moments make me realize how fast my children are growing up.
Some days I wish for time to fly and other days I wish time would stand still. I often have to remind myself to slow down and savor the little tid bits of my life. Like my little Grace coming in the house yesterday so excited to show me something. She finally convinced to come outside and look at her discovery. Which was one of our bushes that had burst out into full bloom. The flowers were gorgeous and I thanked her graciously for showing it to me. To prove it to her I picked a flower and stuck in my hair. I think it made me look rather glamorous. :)
These are the two favorite guys in my lifeMay your Mother's Day be full of extra special moments that you may cherish for years to come!
i hope it's not too cheesey for you all :)
